Public record details are shown as facts and linked to their source. A contact is labeled Verified only when it is named on the current public record, and Unknown when no reliable contact is available. We never present a guess as verified.

Where do opportunities come from?

We watch permits and other public project activity. Every real opportunity links back to its public source record, so you can check the details yourself.

How are opportunities selected for me?

You choose your trades, service area, project size, lead sources, and a minimum match score. We review each new project and show you only the ones that fit, with a short reason why.

How will I receive new opportunities?

Choose a daily or weekly email with your new matches. Every match is also on your Opportunities page, where you can filter and sort your results, then open an opportunity to review or save it.

How reliable is the contact information?

Contacts come from official public records, such as the applicant named on the permit, and are labeled Verified when they are named on the current record. When no reliable contact is available we show Unknown instead of guessing. Details are left out only when they were not provided, could not be verified, or must be withheld by law.

Where is BidProspector available?
