Clear about what we know.

Public record details are shown as facts and linked to the source. Contacts or relationships found through related records are labeled Verified, Strong match, Possible contact, or Unknown. We never call an inferred contact verified.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Where do the projects come from?

We watch public permit records and other public project activity. Every opportunity keeps a link back to its source.

Will I receive every permit?

No. That is the point. We filter out the noise and send only the opportunities that fit the work and area you choose.

How do you know whether a job fits my company?

You tell us your trades, service area, project preferences, and minimum opportunity level. We use those preferences to rank what is worth your attention.

What kinds of contractors can use BidProspector?

The private beta is starting with local trade contractors. Concrete is an early focus, with additional construction trades added as coverage grows.

How quickly will I hear about new opportunities?

The Phase 1 service is designed around a concise daily email, so you can review new matches without constantly checking another system.

Is the contact information always verified?

No. We clearly label it. Verified means named on the current public record. Strong match, possible contact, and unknown are shown honestly when the connection is not confirmed.

What areas do you cover?

The private beta starts in Whatcom County, Washington. Skagit County is planned next.

Do I have to learn complicated software?

No. Good opportunities arrive by email. Open one, see why it matters, see who to contact, and decide what to do next.
